Registration Information & Rates
Registration fees and deadlines are listed below. In order to take advantage of the discounted member pricing, your membership must be current and active. When registering for the Convention, you will also be given the opportunity to renew your individual membership at that time. Your convention registration includes:
- Focused learning and growth opportunities including three general sessions, 16 breakout sessions, and 10 small group round-table discussions
- Three full meals (two celebratory luncheons recognizing Administrators of the Year and Lifetime Achievers, and one breakfast)
- All-day beverage service (coffee, tea, soda, etc.) each day of Convention
- Three networking/social receptions to connect with colleagues (Welcome Reception, Party for a Purpose, and the daily Leaders Lounge)
- Appointments in the Personal Branding Center to receive resume review, interview tips, or other desired one-on-one coaching
- Attendee welcome gift

National Convention scholarships, in the form of registration fee waivers, are available to Women Leaders in College Sports members who demonstrate a need for financial assistance. Applicants must complete the application form, which includes submission of a brief essay (500 words or less) and one reference to be considered. Click here to apply for a scholarship.
The deadline to apply for a scholarship is Wednesday, August 2. Applicants will be notified of the status of their application no later than Monday, August 7 to allow anyone NOT selected for a scholarship the opportunity to register within the early bird pricing window, if they wish. Please wait to register for convention until you receive an update on the status of your application.
Women Leaders in College Sports accepts credit card or checks (personal or institutional) as payment for National Convention registration. For check payment, please complete the registration as instructed, then select the "pay later" option on the payment page. An invoice will be generated and emailed to you. All checks MUST be received within 30 days of the date of invoice or else your registration will be forfeited.
Cancellation requests must be received in writing by September 15, 2017 at 11:59 p.m. CT and are subject to a $75.00 processing fee. Refunds will not be granted after September 15 nor will they be given for no-shows, no exceptions. Submit your written cancellation requests to Elisha Orama at email@example.com by September 15, 2017. Cancellations will be processed within 14 days of the conclusion of Convention on October 11, 2017.
