Women Leaders X Attendee Guide
 

  • Please download the latest version of Zoom to engage in the breakout sessions! 
  • For the best experience, please follow these recommendations: 
    • Join the event using the most recent version of Google Chrome. The virtual event site does not support Internet Explorer. 
    • Use a desktop computer for the event. You may use iPads or phones, but you may experience more frequent disruptions.
  • The faster your internet connection, the better your virtual experience will be. If you’ll be connecting using Wi-Fi, make sure you have access to a strong, reliable signal.

 Agenda/Pathable Account Questions

How do I get to the Women Leaders X Pathable platform?
Please follow this direct WOMEN LEADERS Platform link that will lead you to log into your account. 

How do I reset my Women Leaders X account password?
For the Women Leaders X Pathable website (womenleadersx21.pathable.co), there should be a 'Forgot Password?' button. Click there to have a new password sent to you. If it does not appear in your inbox within a few minutes, please check your junk/spam folders.

How do I add a session to my agenda? 

Navigate to 'My Agenda' > Click on the '+' of the session that you want. This will automatically add the session to your calendar.

I changed my mind about a session and want to attend a different one.
Navigate to 'My Agenda' > Scroll to the session you no longer want to attend and click the 'on the '√'. The session will now be removed from your agenda and you can add a new one. 

I registered for Base Level, but now want to upgrade to Premier/All-Access
As of October 2nd, Premier and All-Access Registration is sold out and we are unable to provide any more upgrades to the Live Event

Live Event Questions

How do I make sure I have the best viewing experience? 
It is recommended to use Google Chrome when engaging with Women Leaders X. Breakout sessions will be facilitated using Zoom. Please download the most recent version of Zoom to ensure you have the best experience.  

How do I watch the live sessions? 
Navigate to "LIVE EVENT" in the top navigation bar. Find the current session and click into the agenda card. You will be able to play the session directly within this window. 

What if the broadcast is not starting on time? 
There is a 1-2 minute delay in the broadcast. If it stretches longer than that, refresh your browser. This will fix the extended delay. 

How do I edit my profile? 
Hover over Account in the navigation bar and select "Edit my Profile." You will be able to add a headshot and update your personal information.

How do I clear my Cache on Chrome?

  • On your computer, open Chrome.
  • At the top right, click More.
  • Click More tools. Clear browsing data.
  • At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.'
  • Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
  • Click Clear data.
How do I edit my profile? 
Hover over Account in the navigation bar and select "Edit my Profile." You will be able to add a headshot and update your personal information.

What are the Women Leaders Connect sessions?
WOMEN LEADERS X will feature several connection sessions over the two days of programming where participants will be able to access a virtual breakout room with other women and engage in meaningful conversations.

Base Level/ Premier Women Leaders Connect Sessions:
Base Level and Premier attendees will join one of the 8 different Women Leaders Connect breakout room sessions led by an industry leader, including past Women Leaders board members, industry trailblazers and sitting athletic directors and commissioners.

All Access Exclusive Sessions:
All Access attendees have the option to join the special All Access Connect Sessions with the two keynotes – Erica Dhawan and Amy Morin to engage in further conversation with the keynotes. All Access attendees also have access to an exclusive performance workshop, 'Burn Bright, Not Out! Performance Habits to Overcome Burnout and Win at Work.' with performance coach and keynote speaker, Jill Sharp, at 3:00pm CT on Monday, October 11th.

How do I reset my password?

Navigate HERE, click ‘Forgot Password!’ If you are still having trouble email our staff.

Can I cancel my registration?

Registration cancellation requests for Premier and All Access must be received by September 1, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. CST and are subject to a $5.00 processing fee. Refunds will not be granted after September 1, 2021. You may request a refund by emailing Megan Cairns at by September 1, 2021.

Will accommodations be provided for those with disabilities?

Yes! We will make every effort to make Women Leaders X accessible to all. Please contact Megan Cairns to discuss accommodations.

REGISTRATION LEVELS & PRICING

When does registration close?

Registration officially closed on Friday, October 8th at 11:59pm CT. No registrations after this deadline will be accepted. 

What is a Strong Squad?

Opt in to a Strong Squad when completing your WOMEN LEADERS X registration, and we will connect you with a small group of three to four attendees to be your “squad” before, during, and after the event! We’ll introduce you to your Squad via email the week before WOMEN LEADERS X so you can start getting to know one another. You may even be close enough for an in-person meet-up! Strong Squads are optional and included with all registration levels. Deadline to register for a Strong Squad is 11:59pm CT, September 28th

Can I upgrade to a new level at any time?

Yes! Navigate back to your registration and select your upgrade under "Program Options" at the bottom of the registration page. Click proceed to checkout and submit associated payment. 

When will I receive my Swag Box?

To ensure delivery of your swag box to your home before WOMEN LEADERS X begins on October 10, you must register by 12:00 PM CST on September 24, 2021. Swag boxes for Premier and All Access registrations received after this date will be mailed on or around October 12 to be received by the end of October. Questions about your swag box?
