Today, Patti sits down with Tamica Smith Jones, director of intercollegiate athletics at the University of California, Riverside. At our National Convention, just a few weeks ago, Tamica was elected to the Women Leaders board of directors. We are so excited that now our entire membership will benefit not only from her passion for our industry, but also her broad experience leading at both DI and DII schools, with football and without.

We’re so inspired by how Tamica’s journey motivated her mother to back and get her college degree at age 50. In fact, as an African-American woman leader, Tamica is a role model for so many. She’s also an author and a motivational speaker, and we can’t wait for you to be inspired by her, too.
