Patti chats with Peggy Davis, the director of athletics at Virginia State University. Peggy has such a competitive spirit, and it shines through in this conversation! She talks about how she knew—at the early age of 22, when she was an assistant basketball coach at her alma mater—that she needed to invest in her career in order to get to the top seat.
