As a woman of color, Ingrid says she has spent her entire career proving to decision-makers that she can do the job. Listen in to learn how she has EARNED her seat at the head of the table, received her Doctorate while working full-time, and the importance in respecting everyone—from your custodial staff to your chancellor.
