Today, Patti Phillips talks with Dawn Rogers, the deputy athletics director at Baylor University. Dawn highlights the significance of doing your homework in searches, owning your mistakes, working hard but smart, and embracing the learning curve – a lesson she learned right out of the gate when she became the assistant athletic director at the University of Akron at the early age of 24.
