Angel believes in bringing your authentic self to work every day. She knows her strengths, and she works with her challenges. In fact, she says she’s actually an introvert operating in an extroverted role—and she shares rituals that help keep her energy up. She is buoyed by gentle confidence and tells us humility is essential because we don’t reach leadership positions or do the work alone.
