Women of Color Initiative

The Women Leaders in College Sports Women of Color Initiative addresses the needs and barriers women of color experience in relation to access, advancement, and retention in collegiate athletics. Through a collaboration with the NCAA Office of Inclusion, the Women of Color Initiative seeks to increase the pipeline for women of color, provide a platform for candid conversations, advocacy, and connection, and create exposure for women of color.

The Women of Color Initiative is open to every member of Women Leaders, but be sure to join our community by clicking here or the button below. Once on the page, click "Follow," and you'll stay updated on the resources we provide. (Note: You must be a member and logged in to follow).

Registration for calls is required, and you can submit questions prior to the conversation either through social media or directly to Cori Pinkett.
