SESSION 1: "Become Your Boldest Self"
Monday, October 10, 9 a.m.

Amy is known for giving the second most viewed TED Talk of all time on the power pose. She studies how body language speaks to others and ourselves, and is the New York Times best-selling author of Presence. Amy is an esteemed social psychologist, and an associate professor at the Harvard Business School and School of Public Health.

Sarah has been described in the media as “Superwoman Undercover,” “Queen of the Jocks,” and as the ultimate example of fierce business woman, mother and fitness fanatic. She’s been named one of the “Most Powerful Women in Sports,” by Forbes, recognized by Fast Company as one of the “Most Creative People in Business,” and named one of Sports Business Journal's 40 Under 40. Sarah helps people and teams achieve their potential. In her career, she’s re-invented some of the world's top brands including Virgin, Nike, Gatorade and Equinox.

SESSION 3: "Social Capital"

Kathleen’s role at the billion-dollar Foundation is to foster a positive team culture and ongoing learning, and to maximize the organization’s efficiency and impact. Her position includes engaging team members to explore new partnerships; project development; and, relationship management by nurturing key connections that support the Foundation’s goals.

SESSION 4: "Athletology"
3-4:15 p.m.

Leigh helps senior leaders perform at the highest levels in their careers, sports and life. She draws on her years competing as a nationally-ranked and Big 10 tennis player to help executives overcome fear, trust their intuition, raise awareness of their body language, and to enhance their concentration.


Julie Hermann
Former Athletic Director Rutgers University

A former Division I student-athlete, coach and administrator, Hermann has spent 30 years in intercollegiate athletics, most recently as Athletic Director at Rutgers University. She has excelled in building teams, culture and championship traditions by putting students first and assembling some of America's most talented teachers of sport and life.
