Women Leaders Podcast, Episode 9: Natalie Winkelfoos

Natalie Winkelfoos might have the longest title of anyone we’ve talked to so far: She’s the associate vice president for athletics advancement and Delta Lodge director of athletics and physical education at Oberlin College. But in short, Natalie is a DIII superstar! She went from high school basketball player to a collegiate student-athlete to a coach to an administrator. And at the ripe age of 30, she became the first female Delta Lodge director of athletics to oversee both men’s and women’s sports at Oberlin. How did she know at 30 she could do job? She didn’t, but she was willing to take the risk and willing to try—and that’s a lesson we love to share. Enjoy, and remember, We Are Women Leaders!
