In this episode, Patti talks with her longtime friend Dru Hancock, senior associate commissioner at the Big 12 Conference, and a member of our Dallas local organizing committee. Dru and her team at the Big 12 have been instrumental in helping us organize our National Convention in Dallas—which is only on week away on October 8th through the 10th. We loved talking with Dru about her dedication and passion for women’s sports, the challenges and successes she experienced during 20 years on campuses and 20 years at a conference office, and, of course, her insightful career advice.
