Hello, happy new year, and welcome BACK to the Women Leaders podcast! I'm Patti Philips, CEO of Women Leaders in College Sports.

We are excited to bring you a really special episode to start the new year - our all-star keynote panel from our record-breaking 2022 Women Leaders National Convention in Kansas City.

The keynote panel featured three powerful women leaders and catalysts for Title IX - Mollie Marcoux Samaan, Commissioner of the LPGA, Angie Long, Founder & Co-Owner of the Kansas City Current, and Nikki Fargas, President of the Las Vegas Aces. All of these women are consistent winners in everything they do, and are creating winning organizations where female players and teams are thriving.

The conversation was so powerful and enlightening that we knew we had to bring it to our broader audience! Just a few of the important topics we discuss are investing in women sports to create change, how to leverage the momentum behind women's sports right now, and what it takes to be a force for change in the next 50-years of Title IX.
