What has this internship experience meant to you thus far?
Meeting people who are also passionate about not only collegiate athletics but the advancement of women in the field has been my favorite part of this experience. Championing others and forming relationships with women all over the country is why I love what I do!

The experience has allowed me to grow professionally while being surrounded by women who constantly help me rise up. I cannot believe the amount I have learned over the last few months while also being able to find consistency in my creativity.

Erin: This internship for me has meant building my professional career, and making life long connections. I’ve had the opportunity to build my leadership skills and professional confidence which are skills I will take with me in the future.

Interning with Women Leader’s in College Sports has inspired me, challenged me, and grown me in such a short amount of time. Working with each of these women has enriched my perspective while encouraging me to pursue my passion, but most importantly to always lift as you climb
