Top Business & Athletic Leaders: Don't Miss the Executive Leadership Track!

This one-day program has executive-caliber content to refresh, reinvigorate leaders.

How do you #RaiseYourGame when you’re already at the top?

Executive-level women in business, entrepreneurship, and athletics set the pace for their organizations. But they, too, need to brush up on their skills from time-to-time and get (re)inspired. Which is why we host the Executive Leadership Track at the 2017 National Convention in Dallas. It's an opportunity for a smaller group of senior leaders to network, exchange best practices, and glean fresh ideas.

Sponsored by Global Prairie, Dissinger Reed, and Global Diversity Logistics, the one-day program on Monday October 9 is designed with C-suite leaders in mind. Leadership lessons translate across industries, so we invite top-level leaders from the athletics industry and also from Dallas-area businesses and corporations to attend. Three targeted sessions will feature executive-caliber speakers: Sally Hogshead, world-class branding expert; Janice Hilliard, industry expert in athlete education and former director and VP of player development at the NBA; and Cindy DiPietrantionio, president and CEO of Alex and Ani. What past participants say

Don’t know if the Executive Leadership Track is right for you? Check out why these past participants are signed up again for the the specialized track:

“Women Leaders continues to think of ‘veteran’ administrators and challenges them to be better every day. The breadth of topics in the Executive Leadership Track is inspiring. I like that it’s a smaller group because the message is more personal.” — Janna Blais, Deputy Director of Athletics/Administration and Policy, Northwestern University

“I’d definitely recommend the Executive Leadership Track. A key takeaway I learned in 2016 was that I should organize and approach my career moves as I would a professional project. Also, that I must make my goals a priority and stop putting them on a back burner.” — Babette Macy, Director of Business Development, HOK

Register for the Executive Leadership Track

There are two ways C-suite women in business and athletics can sign up for the Executive Leadership Track. Participants can register for just the October 9 one-day track for $500. Or, if you register to attend the entire National Convention October 8 through October 10, the Executive Leadership Track is an additional $150; simply add it to your program options while registering.

Getting to the top is tough. And it’s easy to feel cut off once you’re there. Join us in Dallas to meet, exchange ideas, and learn from other executive women at the top levels of business, entrepreneurship, and athletics!
