Job Description
This position will primarily assist in all aspects of ticket office operations and management. This position will also have primary responsibility for a fall and a spring sport as assigned.

Duties will include: Event Management, Customer Service, Fulfillment, Logistics and Managerial Support. Provide customer service to University and general public for a variety of events. Process and monitor tickets for 10 ticketed athletic programs. Assist in preparing and carrying out plans for sale and distribution of season and individual game tickets. This position is a one year, full time appointment. Flexible schedule required including most nights and weekends.

Lastly, we strive to provide you with broad knowledge and learning opportunities regarding the industry as a whole that will come through the assignment of a ‘Coach' to help you grow; special project assignments and various other opportunities to learn about the industry and grow beyond your daily responsibilities.

Minimum Qualifications
-Bachelor's Degree required preferably in Business/Marketing/Sport Management or Sport Administration. Strong communication, interpersonal and creativity skills a must.

Preferred Qualifications
-Previous experience in a collegiate or professional Ticket Office preferred.
-Experience with Paciolan ticketing software a plus.

Department Hiring Pay Range $8.65/hour with opportunities for overtime
