Job Description 
The University of Nevada, Reno Athletics Department is recruiting for two Assistant Director, Sports Medicine positions. These positions assist the Assistant Athletics Director and Associate Director in performing the duties of first aid, prevention, care, rehabilitation and referral (if necessary) of athletic injuries and illnesses sustained by the Men’s and Women’s Division I athletes at the University of Nevada, Reno.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree and one year of related work experience; or a Master’s Degree. 

Related experience managing or assisting with management of athletic training facilities at the collegiate or professional level working with men’s or women’s sports programs

Preferred Qualifications
Certification and Licensure:
Certification by National Athletic Trainers’ Association as administered by the NATA Board of Certification (NATABOC)
First aid and CPR certification
Maintain continuing education units as required by the NATABOC 
Must be licensed in the State of Nevada

Total Compensation
