Responsible for an array of team duties, events, and travel arrangements for the softball program.
Ensures compliance with NCAA, SEC and institutional rules and regulations pertaining to the sport of Softball.
•Responsible for administrative operations, managing workflow and oversight for student and manager staff and all office maintenance.
•Responsible for coordinating all meals, lodging and travel needs for team.
•Acts as primary coordinator of Budget. Serve as liaison to Sports Supervisor.
•Support all video and data needs for program (Gameday and recruiting databases) and Game day operation as specified by Head Coach.
•Aids Facility Staff as primary contact from Softball staff
•Ensure compliance with NCAA, SEC, and institutional rules and regulations pertaining to the softball program
•Other duties as assigned by Head Coach
