Job Description
The University of Wyoming is hiring for the position of Director of Tennis Complex.  This is a benefited, 12-month position.  Duties include, but are not limited to: Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Tennis Complex; Oversee all tournaments, league play, lessons & drills (to include planning, scheduling, organizing and promoting tennis events); Oversee and coordinate all Tennis Complex reservations/rental processes; Manages and maintains accurate reservation records, membership list, lesson & drill records, tournament and league play- All records must be kept up-to-date with focus on type of event, date of event, and revenue collected; Provides financial information (with main focus on revenue collected) to Sr. Associate Athletic Director/SWA as directed; Market/promote the use of the Tennis Complex by outside agencies/organizations (e.g., serve as a potential revenue stream); Supervises, hires, schedules workers and provides training of all part-time, graduate assistants and student workers; Schedule facility maintenance and repairs as necessary; Assist in planning tem travel for the UW Women’s tennis team; Assist UW Tennis Coaching staff with databases; Assist in event management for both home and away tennis matches; Ability to market both the UW Tennis team and the tennis community; Maintain thorough knowledge of and adhere to all applicable University, MWC and NCAA rules and regulations;  Assist with other duties/projects as assigned/directed.
