Women Leaders Mentor Match - Frequently Asked Questions

Am I guaranteed to be accepted into the Women Leaders Mentor Match?

The committee will make every effort to match everyone who applies, however, we cannot guarantee you'll be placed in a pairing. 

Can I apply to be a mentor and mentee?

YES - we encourage any mentees with 8+ years of experience to also apply to become a mentor. 

Is attendance to the Women Leaders' National Convention required to participate in the program?

No. This is a fully virtual program. However, we encourage you to meet your mentorship match at our convention or elsewhere!

Can I pick my mentor? 

You can indicate what preferences you have for a potential match on the application, but the committee is responsible for the actual pairing of participants.

How long does the program last?

The program will run in concordance with the calendar year, January - October. 

Do I need to be at the top of my field to be a mentor?

Nope! We welcome members to apply to be mentors who are mid-level and above.
