Nike Executive of the Year Awards
The Nike Executive of the Year Awards are presented to Women Leaders in Sports members for significant contributions made as a senior-level executive across each division and in the broader sport industry.

NEW! Nike Executive of the Year Sports Business:
In alignment with our brand evolution and our move to be inclusive of all members, we have added the Nike Executive of the Year, Sports Business. Women who qualify for this award will serve as senior-level executives within the broader sports industry but not specifically tied to a college campus or conference office.
Qualifications include:
- Be an active member of Women Leaders in Sports;

Be an employed full-time senior-level executive at the institution, organization, conference, or sports business listed at the time of nomination;
- Demonstrate leadership and vision in promoting women’s athletics/sport;
- Demonstrate commitment, cooperation, and allegiance in promoting excellence in sport;
- Serve as a positive role model;
Demonstrate a commitment to professional development;
- Be committed to the education and welfare of athletes;
- Be committed to diversity and gender equity;
- Attend the Women Leaders in Sports National Convention.
The Nike Executive of the Year honorees are recognized at the Women Leaders in Sports National Convention.
Selection: The recipients of the Nike Executive of the Year Awards will be selected by the Women Leaders in Sports Awards Committee, and the final slate will be approved by the Women Leaders in Sports Board of Directors.
