The Women Leaders in College Sports National Convention is designed to develop women in their professional journey so they can advance in their career while connecting with a community of like-minded women.

For three days, over 1,000 attendees from athletics and business will experience best-in-class leadership development and career advancement programming and will walk away energized, engaged, and motivated to explore their full potential as a Force for Change!

Follow these steps to register:

2. Select your preferred registration option
3. Answer questions and click "Save"
4. Select any addition program items by clicking the "Add" button
5. Click "Proceed to Checkout" and complete payment

Your membership must be current as of the National Convention start date to receive member pricing. To check the status of your membership and to renew, please click here.

Nike Lifetime Achievement Awards Luncheon
In honor of our 40th anniversary celebration, we will recognize all past presidents at the Nike Lifetime Achievement Luncheon on Monday, October 15. Jostens Administrator of the Year Awards Luncheon

Desert Botanical Garden
Enjoy an opportunity to engage with your fellow Women Leaders in College Sports members while experiencing the wonderful Desert Botanical Garden. It is home to thousands of species of cactus, trees and flowers from all around the world spread across 55 acres in Phoenix, Arizona. Explore an exhibit or simply roam to enjoy the Garden’s beauty. Transportation will be provided.

Quartz Ridge Trail
**This event option is at max capacity** Team up with Women Leaders in College Sports members for a serene 1.7 mile hike through Quartz Ridge Trail, which is a breathtaking out and back trail that crosses rocky Quartz Ridge and ends at the intersection of the L.V. Yates Trail. This trail starts with an easy hike between two small hills but quickly climbs to top of Quartz Ridge. The trail then descends through the beautiful Sonoran Desert to meet with the L.V. Yates Trail.  Transportation will be provided.

Division III NEXT
Women Leaders NEXT brings together NCAA Division lII women athletic directors and conference commissioners- the highest-ranking women in intercollegiate athletics- for a two days of connection, rejuvenation, and leadership. *Must be a current Division III athletic director or commissioner to be eligible. Stipends are available to cover the $125.00 registration fee on a first come first serve basis. Email [email protected] by August 16th for more information.
