Ashlynn Fields (she/her)

Membership Intern

Ashlynn joined Women Leaders in College Sports in June 2019. She is responsible for membership revenue generation and the engagement of new and existing Women Leaders members. She also directly supports the Mentorship Program, Member Circles, Rising Stars, and Women of Color Initiative.   

Previously, Ashlynn worked for the University of Southern California athletic department within Student-Athlete Personal Development and the Trojan Athletic Fund. As a former Division I student-athlete at Boston College, she served in several leadership roles, including the captain of the Women's Track & Field team and vice president of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. Ashlynn's involvement as a student-athlete was critical in igniting her desire to improve the student-athlete experience on university campuses and pursue a career in higher education administration. 

Ashlynn earned her Master of Education in Postsecondary Administration and Student Affairs from USC and Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology in Human Development/Communication from BC. Ashlynn's purpose is to enhance others' holistic growth, elevate the advancement of women, and increase access for women of color who aspire to work in higher education and beyond. 

A native of West Orange, NJ, Ashlynn loves running, writing, and exploring new cities.
